Daredevil 101

Did you know that vacuuming is no longer merely a spectator sport but now an exciting new interactive game? Oh yes, just ask Little.

We have gone from hightailing it out of the room whenever it starts up, to getting excited, patting it and jabbering a mile a minute the second it comes out of the closet. And once it starts up, whoooooa Nelly, the game begins! As far as I can tell, it combines aspects of Tag, Chicken and a touch of Red Rover. She's a nutter.

However, it's no longer boring when I vaccum.

Weekend Getaway

So last weekend, Shannon and I drove off to the coast, staying in Morro Bay. It was nice to have a couple days to ourselves sans kids. Not to mention that it was our first vacation, ever. So we decided for our 5th anniversary, we would do this and I am so glad we did.

Weather was awesome with highs of 70. There was real fresh air not fucked up with smog that just settles in the valley and because no smog, a real blue sky. We just walked all over this little town, checking out the shops and what not. Spent way too much in a used bookstore, but hey, we could have worse vices. Played the if we moved here game, deciding where my chocolate shop would go. Ate great food from little shops and restaurants, and could the fish be any fresher?

We had a blast but still missed the kids. Coming back was a mixed blessing. Nice to be home but damn going from 70 too 100 sucked hind tit.

In Retrospect

Football has offically begun!!! Whoooooooo! And to top off it off, Pittsburgh starts the season off with a win! Very cool!

Lazaraus Reborn

Or at least I will be soon enough.

Been sick...been achy...been absetminded and scores of other trifling and some what lameish excuses.

I will tell more but not for a few more days as I am going on vacation! Just a weekend jobbie to the beach with the wife for our anniversary. But god it will be good.
